CANCELLATION POLICY​

We have a 5 day cancellation policy. All reservations canceled 5 days or more before the charter will receive a full refund minus processing fees. Any cancellation less than 5 days prior to your reservation date and time will not be refunded without adding travel protection. We do NOT cancel for temperature, overcast weather or light scattered rain showers. (We highly encourage purchasing trip protection at checkout. Trip protection will allow you to cancel up until your booking and receive a full refund.

CAPTAIN REQUIREMENT

All of our charters require a USCG licensed captain. If you don't have one in your group you can choose one from our list of certified and approved captains.  Please note the captain must be paid directly by you and the fee is separate from your booking fee. The captains fee is $50/hr cash, venmo or Zelle preffered.

PETS

Please no pets onboard. We love animals, but due to limited space onboard to roam, sharp paw nails, potty breaks, and need for constant supervision, your furry friend is better off onshore for a couple hours.

WEAther

Lake Tahoe is a massive body of water (37 trillion gallons!) and can be somewhat unruly at times. If the weather is not cooperating and the captain deems it unfavorable or unsafe to go out, we are happy to work out the best solution for you. Whether it be rescheduling, a credit for a future date, or a refund.

safety equipment

The safety of our guests is of the utmost importance to us. That is why all our captains are CPR and first aid certified and are familiar with the closest and quickest access points for first responders to the lake. We also carry more than the required safety items onboard.

NO NO'S ON BOARD

Please no smoking, no glass, no drugs, no red wine, no sharp objects that could rip or puncture the upholstery and no cheetos!
